BUG OFF, both you and JMurray...before I get out the can of Raid and spray you both...
You made no mistake, your grammer is correct, the word has 2 meanings, maybe more. What it means in Europe or Canada is of little consequence.
This is a witch hunt, a distraction, an ad hominem, nonsense, well beneath the intellect of the one who propagated it. Granted he actually made no assertions, they were implied.
At any rate this thread is about photo's..so get to it.
here's some more. I took these today. This is a Bromeliad, a very old plant species. Old yet effective and simplistic in design.

Photos...you must be kidding, no plants here are thriving, one of my cats has killed all the small animals around here, and the deer are too wary to let me close enough to take their picture. Sandhill cranes are long gone, we have no ponds nearby, etc. I did have an opportunity to take a picture of a praying mantis yesterday but....

Do people really prepare haggis? I was thinking it was an ancient tradition and not cooked much any more.
Most people in this country shy away from organ meats, especially the younger generation (McDonalds generation).

If you knew what actually goes in "hamburger" and "hot dogs" beside meat ,you would never eat that McDonalds crap again:rolleyes:

A picture is worth a thousand words, all those words above and I still have no idea what it looks like to be in Michigan right now or three months ago. Don't the leaves change color this time of year?

Winter's indeed coming:biggrin:! I genuinely like the changes in the seasons that occur. It gives an opportunity for more snow skiing, less expensive hotel rooms, and keeping a new set of wiper blades around for the vehicles.

I found this guy wandering across my lawn this afternoon. I have never seen anything like this at my place ever. The only hermit crabs I have ever seen were aquatic. This one appears to be terrestrial.
I put him back exactly where I found him.
