Just joined the forum recently and enjoying reading about all the different Honda mowers.
I have a 3 year old HRR216VKA which I absolutely love !
I also have a 31 year old Craftsman mower that I keep around for mowing the roughs ......and for loaning to neighbors when they come over asking to borrow a mower. :laughing:
Decided a long time ago........ I will never loan out my Honda mower !

What kind of problems? How old is the mower? You have a 3-year warranty....here's a link to find a local dealer who can inspect it: Find A Honda Dealer

Out of curiosity if I use my hrr commercially does that void my warranty? Also I don't use honda oil. Not that it matters for me it would just be nice to know
