Ok i dont know the name of the weed eater or the model.
Theres a spark
Cleaned the carbuator
New gas
Made sure gas was getting to the carb
But still no start!!
I even tried using starting fluid.
What could be the problem?

Yes its a 2 cycle. I have the fuel to oil ratio correct to. And i dont have a compression guage. The weed eater worked fine for 2 uses. But then wouldnt start on the 3rd time. So its praticaly a brand new weedeater but 3 years old

Remove the muffler & see if it will try to start.
If you have fuel, compression and spark, all at the appropriate time, the only thing I can think could be a blockage in the muffler may prevent it from starting... :smile:KennyV

Never use starting fluid! This horrible stuff will dry out your piston and cylinder and could cause damage. Instead use mixed gas in a spray bottle of some sort.
