Turns over won't start 102 hrs on it

Spray some GUM OUT CARB cleaner in the throat of the carb and see if it starts. No start ign. starts fuel problem.

We don't know what Bad Boy you have or what engine is on it.
Can you post the model number and serial number of the mower?
Can you post the engine brand, it's model number and it's serial number?

3 things keep a gasoline engine from running - lack of fuel to air ratio, lack of spark, and lack of compression. All three can be affected when a mower sits. Fuel can go bad, even if fuel is drained, rust can form in a tank from moisture in the air, and new fuel can knock it loose. Ethanol attracts water from the air. Fuel can get gummy and plug things in the carb. Batteries can go bad, mice can chew wiring. Valves can stick. You need to investigate all three of those areas to figure out which one is the cause. And it can be multiple causes, not just one. Fuel can go bad, a valve can stick, and mice can chew the wiring. No one here can tell you over the Internet which one it is. Basic engine troubleshooting will be needed for each one, but the tests are really simple.

I have gone over to 2 stroke mix myself. Works in any two or four smoke engine. Way less flammable plus lubes every cylinder you spray it in. Cheaper than canned death types like brake cleaner too.

Even at today's ultra high gas prices, if you mix a gallon and some 2 stroke oil, will last you forever compared to canned death types. Can of brake cleaner is what $6.00 - $12.50 depending on brand?

What do you spray it with? I tried reusing a sprayer, and the fuel just leaked out in a hurry.
