Hey! I'm sorry to necro this thread but I think I am having the *exact* same problem with the exact same tractor. I have the new bracket but I've been monkeying around with it for the last hour and it doesn't want to cooperate. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good resource on how to execute this repair.
