So the sun is out and it's maybe 40degrees out. Everthings brown. Snow mAkes everything prettier but lack of it is allowing for alot to get done.

Each year I save inside projects for the winter months. This year I am spending time on a workshop for my machine tools. With the above average temps I am feeling guilty about spending all of my time inside. It is a distraction, but the inside work needs to be done. I normally start working on my tractors in March, April is burn month. Once May is here the grass starts to take over my life and I'm outside for the duration.

Well we lucked out again. We were surposed to get 5 or more inches of snow today but we didn't even get a dusting. This has been the mildest winter in a long time. Tonight its surposed to drop to 10 degrees. We have only had a few of those nights this winter with temps in the single digits. Good for us.

I think it hit 60 degrees today. It was warmer outside than in the barn so I opened the door and let in some heat:thumbsup: So far this season we are still at maybe 12 to 16 inches of snow. Can't remember the last time we got so little. Makes you wonder what the spring will be like.
