New to this forum, just inherited a 1973 Snapper Comet from my Father inlaw, his father give it to him, and now he is passing it to me.

Hello All,
I have been looking for a snow blower to use on a large area around the house and a 350 foot driveway. Anyway I came across this and of course am looking for any info I can find. I believe they were only made for two years in the 80's. Except for the seat the machine in very solid. I have a very small lawn so my contribution to mowing would be very limited but would like to restore this machine and share my experience.

I want on of those! Missed out on one years ago, and now its about the only RER attachment that I don't have. I'd pick it up if I was you!
