Hello D.,
I understand the ambitions that come with youth, but it also comes with innocence. They do not understand safety until they get hurt. It is reckless to let them "learn these lessons the hard way."
Never disable any safety switches and put a child on a machine. That can (and often does) lead to serious injury or death of someone you love.
Sorry, it is not the answer you want to hear, but it is one that you need to hear. Accidents don't happen on purpose.
Ethically, as a technician and due to liability, I have to make sure all safety switches are operational before I can release any piece of equipment back to a customer. If they decide to bypass or hack the wiring later, it's on them. I have gotten to a point that I document these conversations and take before and after pictures to protect myself as a professional.
For future reference, do not ask us on this site how to bypass safety switches or devices.
