How about a Swisher Big Mow. :laughing:

These were made by Swisher and called Ride King in addition to Big Mow. These were also made by Wheel Horse/Toro under a different name from my research. Here is the link to their owners manual below.

Apparently they had no reverse gear and were front wheel chain drive, to go backwards the front wheel could rotate 180 degrees thus backing up.
