I have one similar but trying to figure out what it is and how old it is? Could you please help? Mine is 25th excel anniversary!
 
Looks like a Simplicity tractor. Simplicity started building NFL and NCAA branded tractors about 1996. If I remember right, I think they were built on the Regent chassis.
