Right click on the pic and it will say open with ,,,, Then scroll down and click on Paint,,, in paint it will have a option to resize photo,, open it and change the pixel size down to where ever size you want. Hopefully this will help you somewhat.
 
This isn't the place to teach how to use Microsoft Paint. I tried searching with this string "how to resize an image with paint" and got lots of answers.

Our posts crossed, I intended this for M33Kent77, not you. Sorry if it came across the wrong way.
 
This is it. Powdercoated the handle and deck.Just need to figure out why it will not run. Pretty much everything is new on this one.
