It look like they are no longer available as a kit (8275511-S) but does anyone know if there was just the Exh valve number or a alternative I could use? I'm looking for one!

Exhaust valve for a basic Kohler engine is 52 016 05 which is still available. Give us your engine spec number so we can double check.

Check to make sure that the exhaust valve isn't just hung up in the valve guide or the valve guide has moved and not allowing the exhaust valve to fully close.

Your engine is different from the basic Magnum engine and the exhaust valve is no longer available. Part number 52 017 08. I googled the part number and there are a couple sites who say they have one??? You can go to this website and contact Kohler and explain your problem. They may have a solution for you.

Thanks for the replies. The guide is badly egg shaped and Exhaust valve has seized marks on stem.
Isn't this number a Intake valve? 52 017 08?

If you can not find an original Blac Diamond will be able to do one for you, At a price.
I have to get custom valves done all the time for vintage motorcycles

You are correct, I was bouncing around different engines to possibly cross and gave you the wrong number. I'll try to look through my old Kohler materials when I get to the shop and see what I can find. Sorry about that.
