Hello M.,
Sounds great.
Make sure to clean the points with a small strip of whit notebook paper to remove any trace of oil or sediments. This is a vital step with new and old points that will prevent pitting.
I always liked the adjustable tappets in these engines. With most other manufacturers, the tips of the valves had to be carefully ground to obtain the correct valve lash once the seats and valves were refinished properly. That process took a lot of patience and experience with a super-fine grinding wheel on a Sioux valve grinding machine.
The original stock fuel pump may be a little difficult to locate as far as finding a good reliable one, but they are out there. Many folks that I know elect to change over to a low-pressure electric solenoid fuel pump. These engines only require a couple of PSI of fuel delivery pressure.
