How to remove hydro-gear center section

I have a 2006 Cub Cadet RZT50 Model# 17AA5D7P710. The right side goes much faster than the left. I checked the adjustments, made sure there was no air in the system and changed the belt all with no changes. So I thought I would try to resurface the pump and center section. I am not sure if I should keep trying to pry the center section out or go back to trying to get the input shaft out (haven't had any luck getting the bearing out) I have found instructions for units that have a plate that covers what looks like an oil pump that is held on with two bolts, you remove this then knock the input shaft out but this unit does not have that.The transmission I.D. is ZA-AFBB-4D7B-3RJX . You need to put the bolts back into the center section to remove the input shaft. The drive motor portion under the center section of the hydro will put spring pressure on the center section which is turn side loads the input shaft. Normally the input shaft has to be removed before the center section is loosened due to one locking the other into place unless removed in sequence.

thanks, I'll try that. do you know if there is a retainer under the bearing on the input shaft?

No retainer. the shaft is held in by the top snap ring that is above the seal. Most likely when you put the bolts back into the center section and compress the section back down, you will be able to just slide the input shaft out, and then remove the center section bolts to continue disassembly.

Thanks. It came right out. I was surpised to find that the center section looked like new with no grooves at all, was also surprised to find that the bypass plate was missing, I'm guessing somebody else has been in here,going to go through a picture diagram and make sure there aren't any other pieces missing. I thought it was a simple no start issue to repair and get a new wheel (someone actually made a wheel out of wood fred flintstone style and put on the front} when I bought this.
 
Back to square one. I cleand all of the oil out of the housing and probed around with a small magnet and found the bypass plate , now I have no idea what could be causing the issue
