Repairs fuse

had to change the pto on scag 48" tiger cub..very easy to change. but ever since i changed it the fuse keeps blowing..somebody said i need to change wiring harness..:

Sounds like there is a short in the wiring somewhere - either a previous bare spot in the wire is now touching and shorting out to ground or something may have been pinched when you changed the parts.
