Sorry, I knew oil is quite a buzz word for debate. I search and really don't find much about what turf owners are using. I will use a plan and let everyone know how it works. But fir now I will follow the manual and allow the engine to go through its break in procedure.
 
I now see why you were having trouble cleaning the discharge chute side of your mower deck diamatron. My dad is in Texas harvesting cotton, so I mowed for him today with his mower. I noticed when I started cleaning the deck that there is a ridge where the discharge chute mounts that blocks access to the slot on the bottom of the pulley shield. That ridge is not on my 48" deck. Looks like the manufacturer could have cut the ridge down so it wouldn't block the slot.
 
Left rear drive has a very slow leak. Upon testing with soapy water I foind a pin hole in the inner sidewall. Called service dept and they have to order me in a new tire. Thwy didn't have any a of my turf saver type on the floor it had to be ordered

Hope they are covering the tire under warranty, I got a hole in my drive tire and went to a tire place to get it replaced. Was told it would be $95. I just had them put a tube in it for now.
 
Royal Purple offers straight 30 in fully synthetic. Your local auto stores don't carry it,but you can order it online.
 
Yes, they are covering the tire under warranty. Well at least they said the claim would be made under warranty.

I have seen the royal purple sae30. Looks to be a good product line they offer. Amazon carries the product at a good prices.
 
I wouldn't use synthetic oil in a zero turn mower until it has at least 50+ hrs on it. On a brand new zto you should do your first oil and filter change at 10 hrs,and then every 50 hrs after that. That's just my opinion. Also make sure you keep an eye on your air filter because dirt is what reduces the life of an engine.
 
The premium seat suspension insert. Looks like its part by K & M 6081.

I haven't seen the insert in person but online looks identical on pics. And can find it under 160 shipped.

Anyone verify this part number works with my s200xt model 5901280.

I do not know if they are the same, but I am also interested in finding that one out. I will be getting the suspension insert or the suspension seat myself next year
