Today, I noticed upon acceleration of either side at low idle caused a chattering sound and while watching either tire they seemed to be kind of jerky. I throttled up to WOT, and I could still hear it but not as bad. Any advise would be appreciated.

Check idler pulley bearings as well as spindle bearings for wear by spinning by hand, side to side movement as well as up & down excessive play.

Scag recommends 24 month/400 hour drive belt replacement and 500 hour hydraulic oil and filter change.
At every drive belt change I have had to replace the smaller drive belt tensioner pulley due to dry running. Next time I'll replace both pulleys and the tensioner spring.
