Building me a toolbox for my trailer...

Ya something like that would definatly be good for a 5x10 trailer. My brother has one very similar to that one on the trailer he uses for landscaping and it works out good. It has plenty of room for stuff and you can put stuff under it. The trailer that I put one on was a 16 foot trailer so I had plenty of room for the other kind.

yea, my push mower and/or rider would slide up under something like that nicely. thus i wouldn't lose floor space...

Yeah, that would be a good setup, plus some trimmer/blower racks like you mentioned before. It would look REALLY organized then!! :thumbsup:

trimmer and blower racks for sure... got a lead on a used 3 tier Xtreme trimmer now...

it's still under construction and i have worked 2 - 12 hours days in a row, so all i have done since these pics are put the first coat of black paint on...

Looks like a nice toolbox. Definatly a good thing just to put some things in and keep everything neat. Where that box is is where i put the toolbox on my trailer. It hangs over the edges a little but the way we have it mounted it is secure. That tube would be the only problem for you. Mine did not have anything there. You did a nice job making the box around that tube. Looks good:thumbsup:

thanks... and yes, the bar right in the middle forced me to make something custom, otherwise i would have bought a tongue toolbox... and it will be nice to get my oils, tools, maybe gas cans (that will be a close fit) and orange pylons off my trailer floor...

it'll do until i get a welder and make something a little nicer. after work tomorrow i am headed out for a long holiday weekend so construction on this little toolbox will continue next week sometime...

You should get a trailer like this: It has trimmer racks, a blower rack, and a little toolbox thing. Check out the picture on this website: Lawn Care Trailers :thumbsup:

That is very similar to the one my brother has when i said something before about that toolbox.
