445 rancher fuel leak

got a bit of a trouble leak on a 445 rancher
it is leaking from where the main supply line seals into the tank. replaced the line and she's still leaking. Don't see an obvious crack in the plastic
whenever i prime it i can see air/gas come out and when it is running it also leaks.... now before i replaced the line it would leak whenever you tilted it over or fully filled the tank. Now after replacement it only leaks when primed or running.
I'm suspecting the tank vent. Although i don't hear any release when i undo the fuel cap, probably because its going out where the line seals.

The main fuel line “seals into the tank.” Does it not have a fuel petcock? If so, petcock is probably where the leak is.
 
There are 2 grommets where the fuel line goes into the tank that need changing as well, if it leaks when you prime it , look at the primer bulb lines to the carb and return back to tank
 
I only offering this as an optional troubleshooting method.
  1. Remove the tank assembly.
  2. Plug either the fuel line or return line.
  3. Now attach a pressure/vac tester.
  4. Inject about 5 psi of pressure.
  5. Then using soapy water spray the tank down looking for leaks.
  6. Once the leak is found and repaired reinstall the tank.
  7. This would eliminate the guessing as to where the leak is.
I know it is extra work but sometimes things do require some extra work.

That’s the thing, I know where it’s leaking from, but it won’t stop, it leaks from around where the line seals at the tank…
 
The leak is originating from the fuel line where it’s flanged and seals at the tank. Installed new Husqie lines and still leaking

Could it be a defect in the line at the grommet? I haven't had 445 apart in a good while so I be of no help otherwise. And are sure it is not return line since they are side by side or the vent valve.

Yessir it’s the line on the left (looking from clutch side) so it’s the feed line, I cleaned and dried everything well and hit the primer button and fuel starts coming from around where the feed line goes into the tank
