Anyone in the Eclipse viewing area?

I wouldn't advise that. But hey, if you do, be sure to record your reaction. And the eye doctors reaction when you tell him how you went blind. J/J.. If you got a 13 or better, you're good.

I'm within 50 miles. I may take a trip over there. I got some eclipse glasses, just incase. The weirdo's are coming out in full force. Some of the online video's of these people are off the chain.

I'd love to get something like this, and charge them about $500 to put everything back together. And when asked what was wrong, tell them "Oh it just needed a spark plug," or something simple and external. Then snap a quick pic of the look on their face.

This can't be right. Briggs & Stratton 595660

It's all good. And you're right. It was confusing, because Greentree is saying this product is 8.40in tall and 7.35in wide. This engine is a 2012, I think. So Briggs hasn't been right in a while. I don't remember seeing a model number stamped on that carb mounting plate either. But then...

I looked at several places and kept coming up with that same part number (595660). And i can't remember ever getting any bad info from Greentree. So when they listed this as being over 8", I was stumped. Trying to remember if I'd ever seen one of these covers (with the primer hole) being...

9P 602 0019 F1 is the model #. The engine model number I found is 9P 602 0019 F1. It's stamped onto the plate beside the carb (facing the front of the mower). I got the right picture of the air filter cover. Just found it strange that they have the dimensions listed way wrong on the...

Greentree is saying this product is 8.40in tall and 7.35in wide. I've never seen one that tall, with the big primer hole. I don't have the model number, because the QR code doesn't work. It's only got a serial number 12 0410 54 72598. 140cc 550 EX(I think)

The Truth Behind Why Shops WON'T Work On Your Stuff

It's probably a good practice to take in at least $30 for diagnostic fee for everything. Even 2cycle stuff. That pays for the tech to do initial checks, like compression, spark and fuel flow. Obviously, it doesn't take more than about 10 minutes to check those things. If the equipment has...

    Fan rubbing

I'm going to blame this on age and a memory lapse. I remember what happened to it now. Last summer, the vent hose that was connected to the top of the carburetor got pulled off when mulching leaves. The carb flooded and dripped onto the exhaust pipe and ignited. I was close to a water hose...
