    It has begun.

True Green came to town yesterday. They worked all day on the few yards here that have service provided. Made things true green. And I do mean green. Spring is here. Time to kill wild onions.

The Fall Lawn Racers Have Arrived or The Spring Lawn Racers Have Returned

Today was DDay for the twice a year lawn jockeys. I even saw one True Green truck. All the bank properties, most of the owners out of town and for sale properties, a couple left grow up business properties, and even a few nice ones that needed more work than the usual mowing. The large outfit...

A dent from the inside out with a crack in it. Engine would start and run but lots of tapping. Three hours on the engine. Dealer sold...

No one has even heard of it. My dealer spent an hour trying to find it until I gave him the number...

    New old Lawnboy

Picked up a lawnboy at a yard sale for 30 bucks. My wife paid for it as I had no cash on me. So I guess my wife bought me a new mower. Has a Lawnboy sticker on the front. Power 21 sticker on the side. Plate has numbers 7268 and 9632709. Has three original I think wheels, smooth with heavy...

A couple different mowers I saw today.

One was a Sabre lawntractor by John Deer. First one I ever saw, was in nice shape getting serviced. Another one was an odd duck for me. Was a Swisher, three wheeled, small deck, engine under the hood, drive was by the single front wheel. To reverse the wheel was turned backwards. Was called a...
