On a Briggs 15.5 HP Turbo Cool, what is the compression reading of a new engine?

What is the lowest compression reading that it can have, and still be a usable mower engine?

It would be usable at 70 to 80 lbs but you would be low on power. I would guess new compression to be around 135 lbs.
