Drive belt keeps coming off on toro zero turn model 75212 My Cutter 54in deck

First time owner of a toro zero TORO Zero Turn mower bought used, Model 75212 built May 2017. I purchased for the comfort of the My Suspension System it had due to several spinal surgeries from leaving service. Drive belt came off I was able to reinstall drove came off again in several feet so bought a new TORO OEM Drive belt same problem. It feels like belt is to big or tension is not tight enough. One thing I have noticed is rear tires look slightly toed in. Anyone Having same problem or can offer any advice I would much appreciate it.
 
Drive belt 1/2 x 66.1 Cogged PN 133-4371

Check the two flat idlers and make sure they have both lips and no burn places. Just had a customer bring in a flat idler where the whole one side lip was and the flat had burned place (melted plastic). Pretty sure he will be back for a belt.

As for toe in comment is it front to back or are referring the Camber (top vs bottom). Camber being can cause problems are time but it is usually tire wear problem..
 
Check the tension on your idler pully , this pully needs to " float " while running if it's static you going to have issues with the belt in my opinion , also make sure it's correctly routed, just because you got it that way does not mean it's right

Thank You for the reply checked that was not the problem. I belive it has to do with the tires toed in causing loss of tension

DING DING DING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's what it was. Didn't realise cause both bolts were missing they have bolts that thread up from the bottom so when they get loose the fall straight down on to the grass WTF? A very good mechanic friend reversed and was able to thread bolts from the top and put nuts at bottom of transaxle. I will be checking those nuts everytime after I mow from now on. Thank You for the suggestion It took awhile cause I couldn't find how transaxles were bolted to frame couldn't find bolts LOL.And I find TOROs Diagrams Horrible

No not pads it was cause of missing bolts I belived It had something to do with the toed in tires so had to do with drives mounting being loose just couldnt figure it out. One it was nothing but years of grease and oil and on my back with a headlight and terrible diagrams from TORO. But It was Auto Docs Response That Made me go all in looking for those bolts, bought gallon of Krud kutter spent 4 hours degreasing undercarriage realized what problem was called in help and all fixed. I did put a stronger spring on the tentioner arm

I did realized at first I routed belt wrong and had it on wrong side of pulley fixed that. what it was was missing bolts on transaxles causing tires to toes in taking tension off belt which drove belt off drive pulley. But did realize And noticed lots of complaints of TOROs tension arm design flaw One guy drilled a hole in his TORO to put a bigger spring I just put on a stronger spring without drilling any holes lols Thank You for taking time out of your day to lend me a hand
