Thanks Doc. I am hoping to find something that may last for a while not sure if it is a product out there that will do that. I am not quite as agile as I used to be so spraying it every time I cut would be a challenge.Clean the underside really well and use PAM cooking spray each time after it is cleaned and dried
Thank you Slomo I like the idea of the used motor oil. I have two gallons of it now. Sorry about not responding earlier been down with my back.Don't buy anything from the store. Take your used motor oil and an old paint brush. Slather the underside of the deck. Park it on some weeds.
There is no spray that will last especially in sandy soil. Keep her scraped down and do the used oil trick especially in the fall.
Ha Senior. I have used the hose a few times but get soaked just as much as the deckIf you've failed to maintain the under side as i do and it's dried , mow wet grass for a couple hours to soak the dry then a water hose with a good multi - pattern nozzle works well to clean the under side .
I avoid dirt , sand and rocks . That's the job of the string trimmer .
try thisHa Senior. I have used the hose a few times but get soaked just as much as the deck.
