Have you actually verified that the new battery is functional and capable of delivering enough current to turn the starter?

Hope you did the human thing and divulged all pertinent info to the new buyer?

Not to start anything but I'm stunned you threw in the towel and got rid of it. Sounded like you were so close to cutting grass. (y)

They knew what was going on. Just tired of dealing with it

Craftsman T240 has new battery and all connections are clean and tight. The only way to start the mower is to jump it with a jump starter. Any thoughts or things i should check or is this a problem with the mower. Once it is jumped, runs great. Started about a month after purchase. Thanks
If it's not too late for warranty work try it .
