I hope everybody is having a wonderful day!

Here it will just be a quiet meal of Beef & Guiness Pie and Orange Drizzle Cake for desert, then sitting in front of the television for a while before retiring to bed.

I say this every year, but I honestly don't know how I'm going to stop writing 2014 now. It took me until a couple of months ago to switch over from automatically writing 2013 and now it has to change AGAIN.

The former is a beef pie with Guiness (beer) in it and the latter is an orange cake with icing drizzled over it.

Sounds good, but I don't about the beer in the beef pie??? I like my beer in a nice cold glass. I went to the UK years ago now and as I remembered if you wanted a cold beer you had to ask for it because they drank their beer warm back then.

Warm beer tastes horrible if you ask me. To each there own taste I guess.
