I understand that most of the attachments are interchangable (will fit on both) I have the 60" mower, blade, excavator bucket, aerator, snow blower, and leaf blower -- all work great and mount in just a couple min. -- also have the dual wheel set.

It is my understanding that a snow blower will not work that well on my machine, but I have a 48" off of a cub that I can alter fairly easy to work on the steiner. If you look at the pctures on my album you will see that I had to do some mods to the broom and the steiner to make the gravely broom work. Ideally I would like to put a hydraulic pump an the steiner to run other attachments. I would like to build a power box rake for starters. Dusty

OK, don't laugh, but this is about as close as I can get. Difference is mine's not a high-wheel job, and the deck is grey-blue instead of red. But it's been a great mower for 12 or 13 years and I've never needed more. Until now, that is. I need to start looking at riders for my new house. (1.28 A)

Hello

This is my John deere X540, what a great machine. And my lawn roller. The X540 pulls it like nothing.

My main mower is this CTL Turf Runner. 4 cylinder Kubota Diesel ZTR with a 6 foot finish mower or a monster flail. Also have a Snow Blower for winter. Mowing inside a cab is great, snow blowing is even greater... KennyV

For larger area mowing, It's L4200 Kubota with AC sickle for mowing ditches and around pond or side clipping tree limbs.
I mow my large spaces with same tractor and a 11 foot Toro gang set or a 7 foot LandPride finish mower behind it... Nothing like cold AC and hot tunes on the stereo with mowing. KennyV

Here is my 2009 Poulan 16.5/42. Had it on the ramps to change blades to Gator Blades.
