zero turn snapper (2yrs old) won't start. Need assistance Thanks!

I feel like I am doing something wrong because I cannot get my Snapper zero turn to start. It has two guide control arms. Like new all of a sudden I cannot get it to start. Any suggestions? I'm lost on this one.:eek: thanks in advance.
 
we need a little more info on what its doing does it crank or not is the battery charged on it also i know on my Exmark the control levers have to be in the park possition and the parking brake has to be set or it wont start
