Z425 Fuel Leak

Just to update and close out this thread, the issue was that I that I was sent the wrong carburetor. I ordered from a domestic mower supply house, which I thought would be more accurate/reliable than Amazon, but I guess not. The one they sent me (and assured me was the correct one) is for a manual choke, and mine is automatic.

Did you give them the engine model and type number off the engine?

If not, they just looked it up by the machine model number. These Z-425's had a couple of different engine option changes through the years. John Deere had label PIN number breaks.
