YTH24V48 weight kit?

Any opinions on which weight kit works better, the wheel kit or the bracket and weight off the back?

I don't know whick works better but do know weight off the back will be rougher on your transaxle's axle bushings wihich are nothing but the Tuff Torq K57AH housing. Personally I would prefer to use the wheel weights; doesn't load the axles providing extra static wheel weight..

Thank you, this makes sense. My kids are beginning to mow and I need the extra weight so they don't just spin out.

The weight kit that comes around about Thanksgiving and hangs on until February is the one that always gets me.
