YTH20K46 Brake spring installation

How does this thing go on?

Customer drops off one with no brake mechanism what so ever. In fact the left side, where the bolt was, was broken off. So they welded the top of it, for some reason.
Anywho, I'm going back with nothing to go on. The parts diagrams are just diagrams that don't show how the spring is loaded onto the brake.
Part number for the spring is 532198410.

There's a lot welded on top of the deck. So I guessing there should be a hole about the 7:30 mark (with the back of the deck stand up)

OK, I finally found a good picture of a deck and found where the hole is supposed to go.
I think everything is back as it should be.
