T Tiponinn Forum Newbie Jun 18, 2019 #1 I had to replace the torque plate on my mower along with a new drive belt. With the rear jacked up I mover the lever in the reverse direction it doesn't operate it very fast. It is maxed out to the rear. Any Ideas?
