yeah unfortunately i had the lay the old Craftsman to rest this year...apparently neglecting the oil for a couple years will cause the engine to lock up :thumbdown:

Oh no... well, live and learn I suppose. Do you have a new mower now or are in in the midst of a search?
Midst of a search, which is what landed me here...was looking at 2 Craftsman self propelled, one of which with a 160 cc Honda engine, the other a 190 cc B&S engine.
Also came across a Craftsman ZTS 7500 that caught my eye for the price...hoping to get some information on here
