Unit will turn over, but will not fire. I can put gas in the carb and unit cranks but shortly stops when all of the gas is out of the bell. Checked plunger mechanism in the bottom of the bell and it held in the down position so its good. Thought it might be the fuel pump and it has been replaced. Really need help from here.
