X350 Mower Deck Leveling Issue

I have a John Deere X350 that I bought in 2018 and this is the first time I leveled the mower deck where I had issues. To get the deck level, I have to turn the bolts that raise or lower the arms and this is the first time I had to turn the bolts so much that the lift lever is locked up. Please Help?

How many times have you leveled the deck on this mower since 2018? Why would you need to level the deck again? Did you hit something, are the tires aired up to correct pressure, are you leveling the deck on flat concrete?
 
Thanks for replying. I level it every year because for spring prep I remove the deck to do a complete blade change, and grease the spindles, etc. Tire pressures' good, leveling on concrete driveway, nothing has changed. I checked the leveling bolts, lift arms, nothing seems out of the ordinary.
 
I have a John Deere X324 machine and usually have it leveled so it will cut as high as possible
so I get a really high cut to keep my small pasture grass/weeds under control.
If I bring the adjusting nuts to high the mower deck will bump the frame and it's difficult to unlock
from transport position to drop it down to the top fixed setting on the height adjusting knob,
so I have found that if I back off the adjusting nuts a turn or two it will release cleanly and drop down.
You might be carrying the deck to high and it can't cleanly release.
