I have a 2008 wright velke 36 inch walkbehind mower. whenever i put it into any gear with the brakes engaged it will spin but once i let go of the brakes the mower barely moves. it seems fine until there is any pressure put on it then the transmission just dosnt seem to have enough power. Is this a problem with the transmission or is it something with a belt??
Thanks

Like I suggested yesterday, usually the problem is a streched belt or streched drive engagement cable. Check those out and report back to us. Unless you actually get your hands dirty and look at the mower to confirm what is good or bad we can't help you fix the problem.

Ok Thanks...Just wasnt sure because today i noticed that when there was no pressure on the transmission it seemed fine but once i released the brakes it seemed to not have any power. Ill get new belts and let you know how that works.
thanks
