Wright stander x vs. scag v-ride?

I have been thinking about getting a stander, but not sure what to get. I'm not sure if I will get one this season or wait until next season. But anyways I use a scag walking behind with a sulky(2012) but it can be a pain. I have heard a lot of good things about wright and like the compact size. Which is better? Also as I expand, I hope to eventually buy hustlers (long from now, but in the future) and wright would be more uniform with hustler

It does look like that, but I am skeptical bc I also have seen on other forums that the wright clumps and that the scag cut is better. I love my walk behind cut, but it is only a 36" and a pain bc it's a belt drive. But yeah, if the wright deck isn't as good as scag, I wouldn't want to down-grade lol

Have you looked at the Toro Grandstand or the Exmark Vantage, both are excellent units and have better cuts than the wright or scag IMO.
 
No one in my area runs any wrights so I can't say much about the cut or quality. But there are a ton of v-rides around. I run one myself. And I've been more than pleased. The cut quality is excellent. If you get into some taller stuff. It will do a great job discharging the grass and cut everything. So far the machine has done a great job. The only complaint I have with it is the hydro fill is right underneath the instrument panel and is difficult to fill and check the level. There is no dipstick or markings so it's a rough guess from the neck of the tank. But overall it's a great machine with an outstanding cut quality.
