Wont idle HELP

My lawnmower wont idle it wont run in the regular throttle range anywhere. The only way I can get it to run is in the perfect spot in the choke range. Please help I cant figure it out.

Sorry, you'll have to run it like that. Sounds like a fuel problem.

If you can't fix it when you are right there...we sure can't help, miles away, not knowing brand (White?)
Model, engine brand and model of engine....
