Will not start

I have a Husqvarna i Z 4817. The battery is new and checks at 12.54 amps. Everything is in the normal starting position however all that happens is the Starting solenoid will click. It also checks at 12.54 amps. Any ideas on where to check next?

What is the voltage at the cable ends, both at the solenoid and at the starter. Thinking either a bad solenoid or starter.

Different way of doing the same checks as Rivets is doing
1) remove the spark plugs & try again
2) run a jumper from battery - to a good ground near the starter & try again
3) with the above jumper still there run another from the starter motor to the battery + Best done that way because you get a big spark .
