Here is a list of who is making what today for tractors.
MTD (Modern Tool & Die) makes the following.
Cub Cadet, TroyBilt, Bolens, YardMan, YardMachines, Certain Craftsman, Toro.

Husqvarna makes: Husqvarna, Certain Craftsman, Poulan, Ariens.


Toro makes Toro , Exmark Zero turns.

Husqvarna make Husqvarna, Dixon Zero Turns

Briggs & Stratton Yard Power Products Group makes (owns) Murray (yes, they're still around), Snapper, Simplicity, some other Craftsmans, and one other.....it's a vac anyway.
