White Weed?

Recently I have seen these weeds in our grass that have a white-ish powder on them. If it helps, this is under a tree with thin grass. Does anyone know what they are?

Difficult to see for sure, but my best guess from the picture would be some variety of plantain with some white mildew affecting it?
