Buying Advice Which Model Is Which?

I'm a homeowner with a little more than a third of an acre. I'm looking to purchase a used John Deere mower, preferably a garden tractor with no more than a 44 inch deck. I plan on doing aerating, dethatching, leveling of the yard and anything else that needs to be done. The trouble is is that I can't figure it which models are the heavier duty garden tractor or just a riding lawnmower. Would appreciate any help. If this has been covered before and I just missed it please post a link so I can view it. Thank you.

Not sure but maybe look at the back wheels. Lug nuts might signify a heavy duty unit, A rubber cap covering the axle end probably is a lawn mower.
