B bertsmobile1 Lawn Royalty Jun 7, 2018 #2 1) remove spark plug and try rotating by hand 2 full revolutions. 2) success above try the starter, plug out 3) starter does not turn then run a jumper from the battery - to a mounting bolt and try again.
