I'm driving a 2007 GMC 3500 Duramax/ with a landscape dump bed.
That's cause my 2004 F-250 Cost me over $13,000 in repairs; blown radiators, broken AC , blown Head gasket...repaired with head studs as well as a few other incedents. So I'm selling the Ford.

Your first post here? Welcome to LMF...really like the name of your company !

The first pic. is the '01 Chevy 2500HD that I just traded off; 6L w/167K on it.

Other three are of my (NTM) '06 Chevy 1500 crew w/5.3L, 52K, very clean. Besides getting up in miles, I just don't need a 3/4 anymore! I had been occasionally towing 12-13K with the 3/4, now that I've sold my "Two-Cylinders", my biggest tow will be around 7K.

I had been having to drive 80 miles (one way) to the Hosp. to see the wife, with some town driving added, it was costing me $45/day for gas with the 6L, with the 5.3L I paid $42.35 for a trip & a half! While she was in the Hosp., I went out & traded! I did call her before I wrote the check!

I put on a Extang, Solid fold tonneau cover on it in place of the fabric cover (security), still need a new receiver hitch, the one on it is lighter than I like & looks like it was parked in a salt pile! Have a class V on order (back ordered :frown:). ~~ grnspot110

I like it just fine, except that I have the 4.6 V8 and mileage isn't great (18 max)- mine is all wheel drive all the time and I can't lock out the front. I don't believe it was an option - I have 4WD auto, 4WD High, and 4WD low
BK how do you like your SportTrak? My brother has one, about a 2001 model, something like 170,000 miles on it now.

I drive to work a '05 Chevy Silverado 2500HD with 122000 miles on it. My wifes car is a '97 Caddy
Catera with over 100000 miles also which I currently am repairing an oil cooler problem, so she is
driving my daughters '02 cavalier.

I also own a '94 Chevy Corvette Z-R1 with 28000 miles and only drive a few hundred miles a year

The third pic with the rear view of the 1500 shows a John Deere plate, not a standard registration plate...is that legal where you live?

Man, I'd love to see that roller skate pulling that yard equipment trailer....:laughing:

Now JD you shouldn't pick on my little roller skate, it's the sport model and that thing has a 4 cylinder turbo and gets 38 on the hwy. I did ask the guy at Mini about putting on a hitch so I could use it to pull my trailer and he said a hitch is available but he just  at me and said he wouldn't recommend it doing it. I agree it would be a site to see. Besides the F-150 does just fine for the trailer.

Sorry, couldn't resist kidding you...

My Buick and Saturn have hitches and they are (cars) rated for 1,000 lbs. but I can put a half ton of cargo in my 750 lb. utility trailer and they do darn good at pulling it.
