DISCLAIMER - Technically I don't own either, since I'm 15. But both are my mother's, and I keep them maintained, cleaned, and love them both, so in my heart, they are mine! On my 17th birthday, the Ford Fiesta (blue car) will be mine, and who knows, I may buy the Rover 200 (red car) from my mother too some time.

Good on ya - glad as heck to see someone of your age taking an interest in mowers, trimmers, vacuum cleaners and other things that need "fixin"!

Being a Ford, it is good, but personally modern cars have too many gadgets for me!

More to go wrong too.

Plus, they have those things, called economical engines! Who needs 'em! :laughing:

On a serious note, the 1.25 litre engine in the Ford produces 45MPG, so it isn't that bad for an old 75,000 miler!

Here it is around £1.30 per litre. That is the equivalent of $2.10 per litre.

Well, my maths would say more like $10.50... 5 litres in a gallon. Or at least it is here in the UK.

1 US gallon = 3.785411784 liters. 1 UK (Imperial) gallon = 4.54609188 liters

I have always been into older cars and hot rods......Since I semi retired, I have sold a lot off....down to 2 vehicles now. My wife has her 2005 Chevy mini van, I have my 51 Ford F1 pickup.

I drive a beat-up F-150 - all scratched up, no tailgate (danged Bradford Pear jumped out right in back of me).

I'm a bit of a BMW freak - owned them as long as I can remember. Here's my last one being driven off last November. Gave it away

And here's the latest. My wife's daily driver. 335i. 3-Liter, twin turbos, chipped, steptronic. 330 HP.

You wife uses that for a everyday car?
Must get alot of speeding tickets.. haha

I have a old 87 mazda B-2000 truck rite now but, I'm probably going to sell it and get another car (80's porsche 928 maybe):licking:

I like the other users yellow mini, My dad used to have a 02 cooperS really fun little cars.
