Walbro Throttle Plate Screw Sourcing

One of the two screws for the throttle plate is completely gone. Where might I find one? Engine Model 31P777. Thanks for any help.

EDIT: I believe I found it 691636. Red thread-lock for these?
 
First i would attempt to find out where the missing screw is.... might be on it's way to your combustion chamber.
Briggs & Stratton 691636 appears to be correct, and it appears they already have a thread locker on them

The other screw is really loose. definitely going to dig around for it in the muffler and scope cam the cylinder.
