It seems there were variations in the Walbro metal carbs used at times on Lawnboy mowers. Some were choke only, others had choke and primer. Of those that had a primer, some had the hose fitting for the primer on the side of the carb, others had it on the bottom of the carb, going thru the nut that holds the float bowl on. I wonder if all these are interchangable? Those Walbro that had a primer and choke, generally had the primer bulb on a bracket bolted to the side of the carb air filter housing. For the carbs that have the primer hose connecting to the bottom of the float bowl, there is a little plastic snap-on "L" fitting that allows for the primer hose connection. I wonder if those "L" fittings are still available?
