Try slowing down a little. I've noticed goin too fast will leave uneven strips.
Also I use a 3" block of wood to check my blade height underneath the deck.My require lifting deck every time to check every blade but it's a good way to make sure height is correct

Good tip there, I use a section of 2X4 which is 3 1/2 inches wide as a blade height checker.

I had a Scag 29hp DFI, did the same EXACT thing. Took it into dealer, they couldnt figure it out. leveled, checked tilt, tire pressure....etc. Put a new deck on it, still did it. Scag ended up giving me a 35hp brand new. Guess what ? Still does it. Scag must be aware of this issue. I live 20 min away from where they are made in Mayville WI. It drives me crazy.

Are all of the pivot points, levers, etc. working smoothly and consistently? Just thought I'd ask this, sometimes I've got stuff rusted up that doesn't consistently let the deck go to its normal operating location. Also, check for any broken welds.

I have a snapper 48 inch cut and does leave a small 3-5 inch uncut strip of grass toward the left hand side more almost right down the middle when I am striping my grass. I have done all kinds a adjustments with blades and wheels. I will try to post a picture. What causes this?

Had a Friend with somewhat the same problem. Turned out that the air in the tires was not right. right side tires were low, causing left side to ride high.
