The Scag dealer here wants over $500 for a replacement radiator on a 22HP Kawasaki. That is just crazy expensive. Has anyone replaced theirs with an aftermarket unit? If so, what and where can I get one at a decent price?

Try a radiator shop and see if it can be rebuilt.

The radiator is at the shop. The guy said he could 'most likley' fix the hole he identified because these older radiators are made of copper and brass - no cheap aluminum. I should have it back on Monday, thanks for asking.

Up and running again. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Ran it today for the first time after replacing the fuel tank, shutoff valve and getting the radiator worked on. Ran like a champ! These Scags are beasts.
