Troy bily mustang no crank

I got a 04 Troy bilt mustang zero turn 50 and. I’m not getting power to key switch I replaced key switch and soloniod battery has 12.5v I don’t get a click or anything when I turn key…BUT when I jump soloniod it will crank over gets spark and fuel but does not start?
 
Have you checked the fuses. Also could you post the model and serial number from the tag under the seat. Mustang is a generic model that can cover several variations.

Are you getting battery voltage at the B terminal on the key switch. If so can you hear/feel the fuel solenoid on the carb click when the key is turned on and off. Starting to sound like there maybe a either a parking brake or direction lever safety switch not working.
